Can i return or exchange an item?

We will gladly return if the item was not as described or faulty within 7 days of receving the item, however contact must be made within the first 3 days.  Price of postage will not be returned.

Please note that items must be in new condition with tags attached and can not have been worn or washed for returns or exchanges.

All exchanges and returns must be via our email address or by phone.

How do i know whether my order was successfully submitted?

As soon as we recive your order we will email you to confirm your mailing details are correct.

When will i receive my items?

Normally within 1-5 business working days within Australia and 1-14 business working days internationally.

How do i place an order?

When you have finished shopping, click on the checkout link to place your order. All of the items in your cart will appear in your order during checkout. If there is something you want to take out from your order simply edit it before you end your order.

During checkout you will be asked to supply your billing information and mailing address. You will also be asked how you would  like to pay for your items.

Paypal is one of the most safest ways to make online purchases and is refundable if money is lost or stolen via the Paypal company.
